Lawmakers in the north-east German state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania have chosen a new state premiere.
Social Democrat Erwin Sellering replaces Harald Ringstorff, who announced his resignation in August. The former East German state is ruled by a left-right coalition between Social and Christian Democrats.
