Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has criticised Ukraine after reports that it delivered weapons to Georgia before the recent conflict.
Following talks near Moscow with Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, Putin said that, if confirmed, such deliveries would be a serious crime.
