France's Credit Mutuel buys Deutsche Citibank ... said there has been a significant increase in foreign fighters coming in from neighbouring Pakistan, including Chechens, Uzbeks, Saudis and even Europeans. The US general added that besides extra troops, more had to be done to strengthen the Afghan government and economy.
