In Jerusalem, a Palestinian has rammed a car into a group of mostly Israeli soldiers, injuring at least 17 people.
The driver was shot dead by police shortly after his car hit a wall. A police spokesperson described the incident as a "terror attack". The driver is believed to come from the Palestinian eastern part of the city. It is the third such incident in as many months. In July, Palestinian construction workers twice used earthmoving vehicles to attack Israelis in Jerusalem, in one case killing three people.
