Iran's chief nuclear negotiator says his country's response to an incentives package offered by six world powers aimed at resolving a standoff over its disputed nuclear ambitions is "constructive and creative".
Saeed Jalili's comments came in a telephone call to EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana, who has fronted talks with Tehran on behalf of Britain, China, France, Germany, Russia and the United States.
