Police in the Belarus capital, Minsk, have found a second bomb at the scene of a blast during Independence Day celebrations on Thursday.
Interior Minister Vladimir Naumov said the discovery would help in the investigation of the first explosion during a holiday concert. As many as 50 people were hurt in the blast that police say so-called hooligans were behind. President Alexander Lukashenko was in attendance but was not harmed. A presidential spokesman said it was not an assassination attempt against the ruler, who's held an iron grip on the country since the mid-1990's.
