Freed Colombian hostage Ingrid Betancourt and members of her family are on their way to France and are expected to arrive in Paris Friday afternoon.
The 46-year-old who holds both Colombian and French citizenship will be welcomed by French President Nicolas Sarkozy. Betancourt and 14 other hostages were rescued two days ago by Colombian army commandos posing as FARC guerrillas.
