"The decrease is probably people's immediate reaction to the ongoing health care reform," the poll authors said.
Respondents' views divided equally on whether doctors and medical personnel provide patients with sufficient information about their conditions and the method of treatment.

Most people, 80 percent, believe that patients should participate in decision-making on their treatment and 53 percent of respondents said patients in the Czech Republic did not have such an opportunity at present.
Assessing their health condition, 60 percent of respondents said it was good, 28 percent said it was neither good nor bad and 12 percent described it as bad.
The poll was conducted on June 2-9 on 1000 respondents over 15.
